Successfully completed 2,000 hours of experience, and attended 105 hours of required appraisal education to obtain certification as a Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser.

Inspect and complete approximately 500 single family residential appraisals and multi family properties on a yearly basis.

            Seven point five hours continuing education, Sponsored by Iowa Chapter NAMA Cost Approach Segregated Method - January 1996 

Attend and successfully complete all required continuing education in association with

Certification renewal on a biyearly basis.  Various topics include appraisal of difficult residential properties, writing the appraisal report, reviewing the URAR,

Cost Approach techniques, and Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.

            Successfully completed HUD Appraisal Standards Course on the internet – October 1999; knowledge of HUD Manual 4150.2, VC sheet, and HUD property requirements, course sponsored by National Association of Master Appraisers.

            Tested and successfully completed HUD Examination on December 3, 1999
