Completed over 1,500 hours of commercial experience, and attended 90 hours of required appraisal education for certification to become a Certified General Real Property Appraiser.

 

Completed over 2,500 hours of residential experience, and attended 90 hours of required appraisal education for certification to become a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser.

 

Inspect and complete approximately 500 single family residential appraisals and multi-family properties on a yearly basis with Midwest Appraisal and Associates.
